This is not a broker/sourcer application and not an investor registration. Approved Construction Partners become bid-eligible after Layer 1 document review.
Ukraine construction authorization is via a construction license under the Law on Licensing of Types of Economic Activity and/or a martial-law declaration (CMU Resolution 314 and successors). Declare consequence class coverage (CC1, CC2, CC3) for the works you will bid on. Project-level permits are separate from company-level authorization.
After acceptance you complete dual-signed platform Terms and NDA, upload Layer 1 evidence, and gain Construction Partner portal access. Activation is Ukraine only.
This form is an application for review. Full identity and evidence uploads happen after acceptance (Layer 1 onboarding).
